Every time you do this do it faster than the last time. To get a real challenge, do this very fast with tiny steps.Keep the upper body to the front as you twist your hips in position. All this twisting should be done as you are jumping in the air.

Depending on the length of your warmup periods, you shoud do each of these drills three times. This kind of exercise will help you lose 20 pounds.
